At Lille we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

Shipping within Australia

• Orders will be dispatched with 24 hours of placement or the next business day.
• A flat rate of $12 shipping is charged on all orders within Australia*
• Any orders over $150 are shipped free or charge*
• Order are shipped via Express Post, E Parcel or Courier.
• In most cases orders will be received within 5-8 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

*Larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. 

Please note: whilst we strive to satisfy, we reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charge exceed our cost to ship

Shipping outside of Australia

• All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail  

• Allow between 7 – 14 business days, although certain destinations may take longer

• Please add $25.00 for postage for orders 2kg or less (small items only) 

• International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement

• For additional security you can opt to insure your goods at a small additional cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Lille would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without an RA# will be refused and marked return to sender.

How to make a return for exchange or refund.

Step 1

Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 2

Contact Lille at shop@lille.com.au or on 03 6331 1455 to get a Return Authority Number (RA#).

Step 3

Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.

Step 4

Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark the RA# on the package and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Please Note: We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before sending  and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at shop@lille.com.au or on  03 6331 1455  and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

MISPLACED  ORDERS

All orders sent by Lille have a unique tracking number.

If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

Please contact our customer service team via shop@lille.com.au and we will happily supply a tracking number.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS/UNDELIVERABLE PARCEL

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again.
